“She was crazy about the pasta,” her younger son, Luca Dotti, 45, remembers in an exclusive story in this week’s issue of PEOPLE. Luca Dotti has authored a new book called, Audrey at Home, which showcases her cooking recipes, over 250 lovely photos and best memories of his charming mother. “She would eat it [pasta] almost every day,” he notes. “Her absolute favorite was spaghetti with tomato sauce. She could live on that alone.”
Regarding Chocolate, her Son Luca states, “She ate it every day. A bite or sometimes more. She had a special drawer in the house where she would put her chocolate and it was forbidden to touch. She would get upset if someone finished it before her. Chocolate was her favorite pick-me-up.” This was Audrey Hepburn’s Favorite Chocolate.

One Day out of the month do the following:
- Drink at least a gallon of water
- Eat plain Yogurt as

If you are tired, don’t push through your tiredness. Your body is telling you that you need sleep to repair itself, so you need to listen to it.
If your body isn’t hungry for a favorite type of food after eating it too many times… your body is telling you something. (obviously don’t i’m not talking about candy and sugar! But I’m talking about healthy foods)

- Cellulite Brush – Doesn’t solve it 100% but it helps out.
- Hot Cream for Cellulite – Gid rid of that nasty cellulite. This doesn’t get rid of everything, but it helps the process
